Adrienne

Adrienne

I started practicing yoga in September 2009 looking for a way to balance the stress of graduate school. I fell in love with it right away, as a way to get out of my overthinking brain and into my body. Four months later in January 2010 I shattered my L1 and L2 vertebrae in a snowboarding fall. Though I could not perform many (or any) of the postures to the full expression, I continued to get myself to yoga class daily while in a full body brace and wheelchair.  I worked on the fundamentals: breathing, connecting with my body parts and contracting my muscles, mental focus. After six months I was practicing without a brace.

I went to teacher training in LA in the spring of 2011 and since graduating have taught yoga throughout the US and internationally, as well as continuing my education with additional 500 and 200 hour Yoga Alliance certifications.

I live here in Estes Park with my husband and 2 young daughters, and I'm so happy to be able to share the countless benefits of yoga with Estes Park.

Hi, I’m Kathleen! I’m a San Diego beach girl who wandered through the desert for college (Go Wildcats!) and somehow found my heart hiking in the mountains. My yoga journey began while I was studying biochemistry — diving deep into the intricate pathways that make us who we are.

Somewhere between memorizing molecules and training for a race in 100° heat, I fell in love: I discovered hot yoga.

What started as stress relief turned into a lifelong curiosity about movement, mindfulness, and the magic of tuning into what our bodies are teaching us.

When I’m not on the mat, you can find me thrifting unique treasures, dancing to live music, or getting delightfully lost in the woods with my dog Zoey.

Join me in exploring how we can get a little lost — and a lot found — in the curiosity of our ever-evolving selves on the mat.

Hannah

Hannah has been practicing yoga since childhood, first introduced to the practice by her mother—her first and most enduring teacher. She completed her 200-hour RYT at Yoga Landing in Chattanooga and continues to explore yoga with curiosity and respect.

Before teaching, Hannah worked as a field biologist around the world, cultivating a deep appreciation for nature and the practice of slowing down enough to truly notice it. She recently completed the Tour Divide, a 2,700-mile self-supported mountain bike journey along the Great Divide Mountain Bike Route, an experience that deepened her understanding of resilience, presence, and listening to the body.

Hannah’s classes weave together meditation, pranayama, vinyasa, yin, and mindful strength-based movement. She believes our bodies carry an innate wisdom and that each person’s practice is unique. Her intention is to create space for students to reconnect with themselves, honor their individual needs, and cultivate a sense of grounding that extends beyond the mat.
