This class is offered online through Zoom. Once you register for the class, you will receive a confirmation and a link to join the class. To best view the class, we recommend you use a computer (no need to download an app or have a Zoom account). If you are using a phone or tablet, download the Zoom app and enter the Meeting ID (you will be guided along the way).
For those who have a good understanding of basic yoga postures and would like to explore a wider variety of poses and styles. Yogis understand the relationship between breath and movement. Classes will include longer held static asanas, connected in sequence, and inversions.
