Adrienne is an experienced yogi who lives in Estes Park with her family, and who enjoys sharing the fundamentals of yoga alignment as a way of maintaining health, physical integrity, and mental peace.
Maria began practicing yoga in 1999, when her sister Patricia introduced her to the practice. She teaches dynamic/ vinyasa flows, multilevel and sweaty classes.
Stacey Lei Krauss has been teaching fitness and yoga around the globe for over 20 years. Her classes are dynamic and empowering – incorporating breathwork and moving meditation.
Rachel has completed a 500 hour program that includes modern mental health science, in-depth study of anatomy and the fascia, women's health, and Traditional Chinese Medicine in addition to traditional yoga philosophy.
Diana (Nanda Devi) Laughlin (she/her) has been teaching hatha yoga and meditation for 12 years and studies at the ShambhavAnanda School of Yoga, based in Boulder, CO.
