Kristina Naldjian is a longtime practitioner and teacher of Daoist healing arts, with over 25 years of study in Tai Chi, Qigong, meditation, and embodied life philosophy. Her training has been rooted in traditional Daoist systems, including study connected to the WuDang lineage, and a comprehensive “nourishing life” approach that integrates movement, breath, meditation, self-care practices, and contemplative inquiry.
After spending many years in a high-stress corporate environment, Kristina turned fully toward these practices as a way of restoring balance, health, and clarity in her own life. She now teaches and offers workshops that emphasize practical, accessible methods for cultivating vitality, resilience, and a harmonious relationship between mind, body, and spirit. Kristina works with students of all ages and backgrounds, and her teaching style is grounded, experiential, and deeply informed by lived practice.
