Rachel has completed a 500 hour program that includes modern mental health science, in-depth study of anatomy and the fascia, women's health, and Traditional Chinese Medicine in addition to traditional yoga philosophy. She enjoys adding self-myofascial release, acupressure, and meditative movement into her classes, and also enjoys working individually with clients. Previously, she completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training in an alignment-focused program which required a 200 hour yoga immersion prior to enrollment. Her classes offer opportunities to grow in both strength and flexibility while also connecting to your own inner peace.
