Event: Sound Healing Meditation

This experience will be a journey inward, as we create a healing space with sound bowls and other instruments. You will be offered guidance through relaxing postures, meditation prompts, and gentle breathing patterns. The combination of sound vibrations and conscious breathing in a relaxed environment provides an amazing opportunity to re-set, receive, and rejuvenate.
