Settle down after a long day in the mountains with relaxing yoga postures, guided meditation, and sound bath vibrations. You can let the day roll away and tune in to a great night of sleep. Mats are provided. Please bring ANYTHING else to make you comfortable after we settle into the sound bath. During the summer months, we may have an outdoor location, so come prepared with blankets, pillows, eye masks, etc!
