Join Estes Park Yoga on the patio at Avant Garde Aleworks on Sunday mornings at 11am for a one hour yoga practice that also brings you a complementary beverage after class.

The patio has amazing views and is quiet in the hour before the brewery opens. Avant Garde offers a menu of finely crafted beers as well as kombucha, slushees, and rose! Relax after class as Avant Garde opens its doors for the day. Bring your friends and make a great start to your Estes Park Sunday afternoon.

We will provide mats to borrow, but if you have your own, please bring it along!

Avant Garde Aleworks offers both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages.
