Take a moment to hit the reset button, decompress, and re-center. In this all-levels class, we will focus on aligning breath and body, and in doing so, find pathways for connection to our hearts, minds, and to the greater world. As we move through classic yoga poses designed to blend strength and flexibility, instruction will offer adjustments and adaptations for a more gentle and grounding practice or to turn up the intensity allowing you to show up as you are and meet yourself fully and acceptingly on the mat.
