These sessions offer deep relaxation and vibrant restoration of your mind and body, giving your spirit an invitation to rise above and experience life with joy, positivity, resilience, and awareness.
With a combination of gentle guided breath, restorative yoga postures, and sound vibrations, we meet in a space of protection to pause, heal, and gather vitality.
Selected Sunday evenings throughout the summer, we tune in and take stock, letting go of what has passed and opening up to what is ahead, relaxed and ready.
